Cancellation Policy
As a small, independent guest house, late cancellations significantly impact us. Therefore, we require a minimum of two weeks (14 days) notice for all cancellations or changes to your reservation.
14+ Days Notice: Cancellations or modifications made at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival are fully refundable without penalty.
Less Than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will be charged the full reservation amount unless we are able to successfully rebook the suite for your reserved dates.
Early Departures & No-Shows: Guests who fail to arrive or choose to depart before their scheduled checkout date are responsible for the full balance of their original reservation.
How to Cancel: To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us directly. Date of cancellation is based on when we receive your written or verbal notice.
Smoking Policy
To ensure a comfortable and clean environment for all guests, Bearberry Meadows is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping indoor facility.
Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the guest house, including in bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Guests who wish to smoke may do so outdoors in designated areas. Please respect the wilderness environment and safely dispose of all cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.
Pet Policy
While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets at Bearberry Meadows.
To ensure a comfortable stay for guests with severe allergies and to respect the local wildlife surrounding the property, pets are not permitted inside the guest house or left in vehicles on the property.
Service animals with proper documentation are exempt from this policy. Please notify us in advance if you will be traveling with a service animal.
